Available Sessions

There are 13 sessions available each week at three different locations - Kangaroo Point, Carindale and Middle Park.  You are welcome to attend any or all of these sessions.  Each session will be a group training session consisting of aerobic fitness training, cardiovascular training and strength / resistance training.  There are also two walks available each week.
