Physical Coach
It is the philosophy at Leisure Seekers to not just give you a great workout but to give you the experience of taking control of your health and fitness goals. It is our desire that anybody that works with a Physical Coach will not just maximize their results and fitness potential but will also learn strategies to help maintain a balanced lifestyle.
It is a priority at Leisure Seekers that we first help to clear any misconceptions about exercise and training a client may have and then to work with the client in creating a vision or goal around where they see themselves physically in the future. We then make sure we align ourselves with the client and their goals and take them through a step by step process on how we would achieve that.
It is very important to us that we not only deliver a first class program and service but also to inject the ‘Fun Factor’ back into exercise. It is our belief that if a program gets results but also is fun then the client is more likely to keep it up as part of their lifestyle.

1 on 1 Coaching
1 on 1 coaching is the premier program of physical training. It is for those people who want to take their physical and mental fitness to a new level. Starting with a complete health and fitness assessment including nutritional guidance and goal setting sections through to a personalised program specifically set out to achieve your goals. Each session will progress from the previous and follow successful fitness principles to help make those fitness goals a reality.
You will also be introduced to many success principles from some of the world’s greatest teachers that you can apply to your business or careers to fast track you to the top. If you are results orientated and would like to experience how exercise can be made functional yet fun then 1 on 1 coaching is the answer for you.

Group 8 Sessions
‘Group 8’ is a great way to work out whether you are a beginner or more advanced in your fitness level. With a maximum of 8 participants the group size is still small enough to get close guidance on technique but big enough to have lots of fun. The 1 hour session includes an all over body workout which focuses on exercises to enhance functional strength and stability.
There is also a simple health tip every day that can be easily implemented to take you closer to becoming optimally healthy.

Connect 4 Sessions
‘Connect 4’ trainings are for those people who are looking to take control of there health at the next level. With a maximum of 4 participants each session can concentrate on individual areas depending on a client’s goal. If you are wanting the next best thing to 1 on 1 coaching at a more than affordable price then book into an upcoming ‘Connect 4’ session.
There is also a simple health tip every day that can be easily implemented to take you closer to becoming optimally healthy.
Also one success principle will be introduced in each session which can be applied to your business or career to have you standing out from the crowd.

Health Assessments
If you know that you need help, but not sure which program to choose, then a Health assessment is a great way to start. It is also ideal for those that have the discipline to work out by themselves, but are not sure what they should be doing.
Through a Health assessment and fitness test, our Physical Coach will be able to then tailor make a program for you to follow and run through that program with you.
Also available is a monthly follow up session to write a new program and retest your health and fitness for progress.

Fitness assesment plus written program
2 hours $125 total
