As I prepare for the Accelerate tour, I have reflected on 2019 and shared in so many people’s delights – new babies born, company targets achieved, new office openings AND I have sat with and cried with the disappointments. Personally, this last year has been tough at times with a family health crisis to support with my husband and my mum last year so I have a huge sense of gratitude to be looking at the personal growth and strength I have had to develop.
This Accelerate process is teaching me that true leaders collaborate with confidence, they know and appreciate that life is better done in community and that finding ýour people’ is critical to success. Whether it’s been a tough year or an easy year of growth for you, I want to support you on your journey into 2020 and get to know your priorities, hopes, and dreams.
